GSP does not share your data with third parties. We will
use your data to provide services you have ordered, or to
inform you about services which you have expressed interest
in.
Credit Card Information
GSP uses industry standard practices to secure credit card
data. This includes transmission of such data over the Internet
using encrypted channels (such as 128bit SSL) only. The
data is stored by GSP in databases which are not accessible
via the Internet.
Email Addresses
GSP does not sell our customer or mailing lists to third
parties. We will from time to time contact you concerning
GSP promotional offers unless you expressly request not
to be contacted. If you currently purchase service from
GSP you will always be contacted concerning matters specific
to your account, such as billing or technical issues.
Anonimity
If you are playing a game on a GSP provided game server,
or any customer operated server on our network, you are
not offered any guarantee of anominity. Likewise, you are
not guaranteed anomity during or after the utilization of
any GSP service such as webhosting or email, be it a paid
or unpaid service.
Release of Information to Law Enforcement
GSP will cooperate with a request to release of information
by a U.S. law enforement agency conducting an offical inquiry,
should such a request be received by us.
Forfiture of GSP Privacy
Statement Protection
You forfit the rights granted you under this privacy statement
if you commit an act which can reasonably be regarded as
unlawful. This includes but is not limited to: a) denial
of payment for services rendered by GSP in good faith, b)
the commission of credit card or check fraud, c) theft of
service, and d) any malicious act such as "hacking"
or "cracking".
